Options and control over your forms
There are over a dozen options for you to customize each form to fit your specific needs. Forms can be attached to a service, such as a golf lesson, a group of lesson types, an event like a camp or clinic, a membership type, and even upon your student’s login to your site. Add your own custom fields and define each field type, such as a text box, pick list, radio button, etc. You can require a digital signature on any form, which is perfect for student waiver forms and parental consent forms. If forms are updated over time, a copy of the data is saved each time for accurate record keeping.
