What is USchedule?
Scheduling - At its core, USchedule is a web based scheduling software for you to more efficiently manage your calendar and allow your clients to book appointments via the web 24/7. When your clients schedule an appointment, they automatically receive an email confirmation and up to three reminder emails and/or three text message reminders, drastically reducing or eliminating no-shows altogether. By having your availability online phone tag will become a thing of the past.
Customized – This is not a generic, have to shoehorn it into my business, online scheduler. We have hundreds of ways to customize your calendar to fit almost all business needs. Every single calendar is customized to fit your unique way of doing business. This includes the look of your calendar too, matching your brand and using your logo. In fact, we can make it look exactly like your website, or it can be embedded right into your site.
Business Tools - USchedule has many business tools that will help you manage your schedule and business. Optional appointment confirmations sent to your email, syncing with your Outlook, Gmail or iCal, reporting, custom forms for capturing additional information, and a fully integrated events calendar allowing your clients to register online, just to name a few.
Marketing – An Email module is built right into USchedule to make communicating with your clients simple. You can send custom template emails to your client’s right within USchedule, thereby eliminating the need to export your client list to another email marketing program. Use our custom categories and memberships to target specific groups within your database without having to setup separate database lists. And then track all your email results including – number sent, views, bounces, clicks, and most importantly the revenue generated by each campaign.
Support - We support you every step of the way. From the moment you sign up with USchedule we jump into action, setting up your account, importing your client database and advising you on how to set up your schedule. We then train you, and any of your staff, on the in’s and out’s of your scheduler, but we don’t stop there. We are always available via phone and/or email for any support you may need. And don’t worry about getting stuck in an endless phone menu trying to get through to someone. A live person answers the phone 100% of the time during business hours.
