One feature that USchedule offers to their customers is targeted emailing. Through the USchedule email marketing feature you can send emails to a specific group of your customers. You can group your customers by gender, age, or any other specification using Custom Categories and send an email to one of those targeted groups. If you are hosting a Ladies Clinic and need to send an email to your customers who fit into that category of women over the age of 21 you can do that. You can include a link in that email that will take your customer directly to that event so they can register quickly and easily. Another option would be to send out a targeted email to juniors for a camp or clinic you may be holding. All of these targeted emails are made possible through memberships, categories and campaigns.
Campaigns allow you to track the progress of those emails and track the revenue generated by each of the emails sent out. If you need to know how much revenue is generated by the email advertising created for a Ladies Clinic, you could simply view your Email Marketing Results and see that the campaign generated X number of views, X numbers of clicks and X number of dollars. ... |

Another feature that USchedule offers to its customers is prepaid packages. These packages can be bought by or assigned to your customers and then they can book right out of these packages until their units run out. You could set up a package that costs $600 and allows your student to book 5 private lessons. Or you could set up a package for $1,100 and it could include 3 private lessons, 2 club fittings, a playing lesson and also a month long pass to one of your weekly clinics. All of these things can be added to a package and then booked straight out of that package by your student with no work on your part. Prepaid packages are very flexible in that you can add any service you want and you can even make that particular service only bookable through that prepaid package. If you have a package that costs $2,000 and it includes lessons that you wouldn’t normally offer to your customers, you can make sure that only those customers who purchased the prepaid package can see and book those lessons.
The best part about this feature is that you can track everything your customer does. The system knows if they have a prepaid package and can automatically book out of that package rather than through pay at location or pay with credit card. If you customer books a lesson out of their package and then decides that they can’t make it and cancels that lesson, the system will follow your cancellation policy, if it’s far enough in advance that your customer doesn’t need to lose their money or lose out on the lesson then the scheduler will automatically credit that unit back to the package for them to book again when it is more convenient. You can go in and look at any time how many units your customer has left, how many they’ve used along with when they used them, how they used them and if you or your customer booked the actual lessons. ... |

Two powerful options available to segment out your customer database are Memberships and Custom Categories. Here are a few examples of how using them can benefit your business.
Example #1 - Setting up three Membership levels, Silver, Gold & Platinum. With each level, members who join and pay a membership fee will receive benefits that non-members do not, such as preferred booking times and preferred pricing.
Example #2 - You can also use the same concept described above for a club that is Members Only, but also offers more limited non-member services at different pricing. You can restrict services, events/clinics/camps, and discounted pricing to members (non-members will not see these) .
You know how important it is to market to your customers via email, but also how frustrating it is when you receive emails that do not apply to you. With Custom Categories, you can set up as many categories as you require and assign your customers to those categories. By setting a customer to one or more specific categories, you will be able to send targeted emails directly to them without sending to your entire database. ... |

One of my favorite aspects of our system is a feature called Forms. Often you will need to collect additional information from a customer when they are signing up for an event/camp/clinic or service. Custom forms can be created to collect and store just about any type of information, from name, DOB, shirt size, lunch preference, etc. You can then use this information to better prepare before the customer or registrant arrives.
One scenario that is perfect for using forms is when a parent is registering one or multiple kids for a camp. When the parent books the camp, they will be prompted to fill out the "registration" form, in this case. You can collect all the necessary information right on the form and print them out to have available when registrants arrive.

Email marketing is built right into USchedule. Using USchedule's custom template designer and email wizard, you can simply create and send emails. This completely eliminates the need to have another disconnected email service to send marketing or other emails to your customers. Here are some reasons why it is better to have email marketing built right into the scheduler you use every day.
You'll never export your database again.
Your data is never stale. If you export your customer database to another email system, it becomes stale as soon as you export it. Your data is always up to date when you email within USchedule.
Just one database to manage.
Use memberships and custom categories to email to specific segments of your customer database.
Eliminate another monthly expense because email marketing is built right into USchedule.
Once you have your customer database is imported into USchedule, you will be able to easily email to your customers. You can target specific customers... |

Even complex scheduling like employees working at multiple locations on different days is easy and accurate with USchedule. It's simple to do, just set the employee availability days and hours to the correct location, and now your schedule will reflect correctly for customer booking. You can also default each customer so when they login to schedule an appoinment with you, they are automatically defaulted to the corect location to book. Of course they can pick other locations, but by defaulting to the location they normally book, they will be ensured they are booking the correct location. When a customer books an appointment, they receive a confirmation email that details their appointment date, time, and a link with directions. This email is a great way for the customer to know that their appointment time has been booked and confirmed.
