This release was dubbed version 1.1 due to the major new functionality incorporated into this build.
Ecommerce integration is a big step forward for USchedule. This is not the simple pay online of other online scheduling applications; this is a true ecommerce solution that allows the customer to pay for their services online AND buy products online at the same time and without leaving the current site. You can now have your web site, scheduler and store front on the same site, all running the same URL and all talking together. Imagine “customers who bought Whole Body Massage also bought Soothing Massage Oil.”
For the first time, Recurring Appointments is fully functional for both employees and customers. To prevent over-booking time slots, a methodology of managing conflicts has been built to allow the customer to create a recurring appointment and edit any instances that conflict with existing appointments. Until these conflicts are resolved, the recurring appointment is only tentative. This is the one-and-only recurring appointment interface that we feel can be safely and confidently put into the hands of your customers.
Group Appointments has been handed an upgrade as well. Group Size allows the customer to create an appointment for themselves and any number of people in one appointment, while ensuring that the time slot is not overbooked.
