How It Works
Q: Do my customers see all the people who are booked for a specific day?
- When booking an appointment online with USchedule, your customers see only a list of times available for the service they are requesting. At no time are they able to view who is on the scheduled for that day. Furthermore, you can also choose to limit access to employees according to your business rules. At minimum, the designated account administrator is able to view the full calendar at all times, while granting access to others as needed.
Q: How far in advance can I schedule appointments?
- Depending on your business model, you can schedule appointments as far in advance as you want. We recommend that you follow your normal business practice and have appointments open for scheduling for the same period of time you currently allow for your paper-based or electronic calendar.
